How Perfect is Perfect?

HOW PERFECT IS PERFECT?
Nothing in life bands people together as well as sports. While this may be, the same can be said about tyranny. For many, the world can be a merciless place, but for the rest, well, they are just living like they want to. Sports can help, or even destroy ones life dreams, begin riots, and in some parts of the world, elevate awareness of what treachery some people face daily.
Within these words, greater meanings can be derived; within these words, one can visualize what perfect might be.
Hmm, perfect…what could it mean? Perhaps a description of someone or something that reaches the final door without stumbling. It could even relate to what everyone seems to want; the perfect world; the perfect child; the perfect life.
In open air, this might be hard, or impossible to even imagine. Nevertheless, perfect is perfect. Why even bother trying to speak about perfection, it will never happen. Well, consider the single teenage mother, who dreams of completing her education, and getting married. Just being able to do that would make her life perfect. Or how about a 3rd world country that is controlled by a corrosive government? Life would be perfect if there was democracy, and money, if the citizens could start a new life, and work together. That would indeed, be perfect.
But what would be the price one would have to pay? Perfection is not in money, nor is it in a world of disorder. Better yet, perfection cannot be found in a world of monetary disorder. Ecstatic people, lively people, and those who make the best of things are perfect. But the world can never be perfect, that’s that. It can come close, but never achieve it completely. A piece of paper with a name in fancy handwriting will not perfectly seal off a country’s continued air raids on the others, but it will insure some hope of peace.
Shooting a political leader is not a perfect resolution to others problems. Instead, the cries of joy will turn into hopeless cries for help, as they search for a new leader, to resolve all the problems of old and new.
When perfection costs lives, or money, there can be nothing perfect that emerges once such a cost is met. Nothing, nothing at all is able to establish the ideal perfect world.
Perfection would be boring, in all reality, nothing would be that exciting about the perfect world. Think about it, a perfect world would be full of, well…nothing.
Humans are very strange, and somewhat vicious. Some people get their kicks from watching a funny movie, or playing sports. But others, man, they feel normal when something unfortunate happens, as long as it’s not to them. They say, “Dang, someone should help them.” Although they say this, rarely will they care. Humans seem to be attracted to violence or sheer cruelty. It’s not easy to understand, but it’s definitely true
